Unfortunately, he doesn't have internet access. Since it seemed that these files would be of some interest here, I have arranged to get them moved to an anonymous ftp server. Thanks to Dwight Ernest for providing the space and the server access. I have downloaded the existing files from AVSIG and loaded them to the Fly directory on ftp.hyphen.com. They are all zipped. I will monitor additions and changes on Compuserve and move them as time permits (assuming that they aren't too large -- downloads are charged :-) ). I hope some of you find these of use -- at the least they will keep our legal eagles honest.
